Postcards for Palestine will show at the Claire de Rouen gallery to support Palestine Children’s Relief Fund. Claire de Rouen Books, a legendary art bookshop that has played a central role in the cultural fabric of London for many years. We’re excited to install the works in their newish Bethnal Green space, and to open up the exhibition to London.
All proceeds will go to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund and the UN Reliefs and Works Agency.Over 1000 artists, both established and emerging, from over 40 countries have registered to participate in this grassroots, artist-led initiative. Postcards for Palestine is a collective call to action culminating in a fundraising exhibition in aid of the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund and the UN Reliefs and Works Agency.
Participating artists include: Adam Broomberg, Tai Shani, Thomas Hirschhorn, Tom Hunter, Alessandra Sanguinetti, Alfredo Jaar, Peter Kennard, Katrin Koenning, Oliver Chanarin, Clare Strand, Mark Mahaney, Amak Mahmoodian, Jim Goldberg, Tereza Zelenkova, Karen Knorr, Christian Patterson, Sian Davey, Mark Power, Simon Roberts, and Laura El-Tantawy.
